Ἀρίστανδρος Καλλιγείτονος εἶπεν· δεδόχθαι τῶι δήμωι· Μήνιον ΖωΐλουΒυζάντιον πρόξενον εἶναι καὶ εὐεργέτην τῆς πόλεως Ὠρωπίων καὶ αὐτὸνκαὶ ἐγγόνους καὶ εἶναι αὐτοῖς γῆς καὶ οἰκίας ἔνκτησιν καὶ ἰσοτέλειαν καὶ ἀσυλίανκαὶ ἀσφάλειαν καὶ πολέμου καὶ εἰρήνης καὶ κατὰ γῆν καὶ κατὰ θάλαττανκαὶ τἆλλα πάντα καθάπερ τοῖς ἄλλοις προξένοις καὶ εὐεργέταις.
Aristandros S.d. Kalligeiton stellte den Antrag: dass beschließen wolle das Volk: dass Menios S.d. Zoïlosaus Byzantion proxenos und Wohltäter sei der Stadt der Oropier, er selbstund die Nachkommen, und ihnen das Recht sei zum Erwerb von Grund und Haus und Steuergleichheitund Schutz vor Beschlagnahme und Sicherheit im Krieg und im Frieden, zu Lande und zur See,und das andere alles wie den anderen proxenoi und Wohltätern.
